1. No Returns Except in Exceptional Circumstances
We do not offer returns or refunds except in exceptional circumstances, as determined solely at the discretion of Khadijah&Co. Such circumstances may include unique situations not covered by standard policies, and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe your situation qualifies as exceptional, please contact us at support@shopknco.in with your order details and a detailed explanation of your request. We reserve the right to approve or deny return requests based on our assessment.
2. Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Products
We may offer a replacement in the following cases:

Damaged Product: If the product you received is damaged or defective upon delivery.

To request a replacement, you must:

Return the product in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received, unless the damage occurred during shipping.
Upon approval, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before processing a replacement. Refunds will not be issued in lieu of replacements unless a replacement is unavailable.
3. Non-Eligible Items
Replacements or returns will not be provided for:

Products that have been used, altered, or removed from their original packaging (except where damaged upon receipt).

4. Return Shipping
If a replacement is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect product. We will cover the return shipping costs for approved replacements. If you return a product without prior approval, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, and we may not process the replacement.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request. If approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 7-10 business days, subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
